ORGANIC SINGLE VARIETY RED DRY WINE
It originates from old vineyards in the Kaminia region, Skandalis and Agia Sofia, with low yield per hectare.
Gently vinified with pre-fermentation wxtraction at a low temperature and fermentation at 23-25 oC using indigenous practices it repsesents a unique expression of the indigenous variety “Limnio”, organically cultivated in the sandy, volcanic soils of Lemnos.
